Head on over to the Job Center at postal 7246.
Third eye the lady at the front desk and apply for the "Mail Carrier" job.
Then, head on over to the "Postman Job" location at postal 8156.
Head over to the guy and third-eye the guy.
Click on the "Start Job" button.
It will spawn a job vehicle. Use this vehicle to drive to mailboxes and collect mail.
Drive around the city to collect letters from the blue mailboxes.
You can continue to do more jobs or finish after each mailbox.
Once finished with the job, drive back to the postman job and store your vehicle in the parking lot next to the job. It will show a blue circle.
