Heist Rules
Heist Rules are as follows
You are not allowed to perform any kind of illegal activity for the last 30 minutes of the restart and the first 15 minutes of the restart. (This includes but not strictly limited to: House robberies, ATM Robberies, Shootouts, Store robberies, Jewelry Robberies, Fleeca Robberies, Paleto Robberies and Pacific Robberies)
You are only allowed to perform crime in groups of up to 5 maximum [Gangs Wars being a max of 8]. For Robberies please see the correct Robbery Numbers. Once you have started you may not have others join in. All participants must be on the scene at the beginning to be included.
You are only allowed one vehicle swap during a chase. This including local vehicles or pickups. The vehicle must already be out of your garage to swap. Parking and pulling a new vehicle while PD are on you is considered power gaming. pickups must be within the number of civs allowed ex: If you want to have someone available for a pickup then you need to include that person in your robbery count.
Hostages: You are not required to have a hostage for a low tier heist however PD are allowed to breach any robbery after 10 minutes without one.
Limitation Numbers: Robbery limits include those who are "lookouts" or giving information over the radio about the active scene. Even if they are not on scene this is considered outside help and they are included in your robbery limitation count.
Robbery limitations:
Low Tier Robbery: You are limited to 3 participants. Defined as a Store Robbery, Trap House Robbery, Roof Running, Boosting (Boosts may have one interference car), ATM Robbery, and House Robbery. (Low tier heists do not require a hostage and do NOT need to wait for PD to arrive before Leaving). PD limitations: 4 Units - 1 Civ Car
Mid Tier Robbery: You are limited to 4 participants. Defined as a Jewelry Heist, Warehouse Robbery, Bank Truck Heist, Yacht Heist, Fleeca/Paleto Bank Robbery (Mid tier heists require a Hostage and you must wait for PD to arrive before leaving. Bank Trucks are the only exception to hostage requirement for this tier) PD limitations: 6 Units - 2 Civ Car
High Tier Robbery: You are limited to 5 participants. Defined as a Ammunation Heist, Yacht Heist, Bobcat Heist, Pacific Bank Robbery (High tier heists require a Hostage and you must wait for PD to arrive before leaving.) PD limitations: 8 Units - 2 Civ Car
You are allowed outside help if it falls within the limits of the robbery. This applies to the amount of people / criminals not vehicles involved. For pickups ONLY, one addition car is allowed. Your pickup person MUST still comply with the max civ limit.
Note: Any code red situation has a limit of 10 Units INCLUDING Heat and/or AirOne (excluding raids)
Motorbikes and/or NOS can NOT be used in a heist/robbery getaway. Bikes and/or NOS can be used in other activities/chases (excluding drug sales)
If you take a police chase to the water (whether swimming or by boat), you have 5 minutes to return to land. Do NOT keep jumping back in the water. This is a form of powergaming
