💰Heist Rules

Heist Rules are as follows

  • You are not allowed to perform any kind of illegal activity for the last 30 minutes of the restart and the first 15 minutes of the restart. (This includes but not strictly limited to: House robberies, ATM Robberies, Shootouts, Store robberies, Jewelry Robberies, Fleeca Robberies, Paleto Robberies and Pacific Robberies)

  • All criminal activities, excluding heist-style robberies, are limited to a maximum of 5 participants. Gang-on-gang shootouts are the only exception to this rule and may involve up to 8 participants total. For robberies, please refer to the specific guidelines outlined under Robbery Numbers. Once an activity has started, no additional participants may join — all involved individuals must be present at the scene from the beginning.

  • You are allowed only one vehicle swap during a chase. The replacement vehicle must already be out and available — retrieving a new vehicle from your garage while being actively pursued by law enforcement is considered power gaming and is not allowed.

  • Hostages: You are not required to have a hostage for a low tier heist however PD are allowed to breach any robbery after 10 minutes without one. Friends can NOT be hostages

  • Limitation Numbers: Robbery participant limits include all individuals involved, whether they are physically on the scene or assisting remotely. This includes lookouts, those providing information over radio, getaway drivers, and any interference vehicles. Even if they are not directly at the robbery location, their involvement counts toward the total number of participants allowed.

Robbery limitations:

  • Heist Limitations: All heists are limited to a maximum of 4 participants and 1 primary getaway vehicle. A second vehicle may be used only as a swap, pickup, or interference vehicle, but only one additional vehicle is allowed — multiple support vehicles are not permitted.

Police Response: Law enforcement response is capped at +2 over the number of criminals involved. For example, if there are 4 individuals committing the heist, a maximum of 6 officers may respond.

  • Medical attention may only be requested as a hostage demand for 1 person. No exceptions

  • NOS can NOT be used in a heist/robbery getaway

  • A hostage is required for ALL robbery/heists except for: House Robbery, Bank Truck, Store Robbery, ATM, Boosting, Trap House Robbery, and Exchange Heist

  • Motorcycles may only be used in lower tier robberies such a House Robbery, Store Robbery, and ATM Robbery

  • Water Escapes: If you take a police chase into the water — whether by swimming or using a boat — you have 5 minutes to return to land. Continuously jumping back into the water to avoid capture is not allowed and will be considered powergaming.
