🔫Group Rules
Group Structure & Standards
Groups will have a maximum number of 8 people and minimum of 3 people to get started. Applications may be submitted in the discord after you have been in the server for at least 3-5 days with playtime.
Staff will hold all groups to the HIGHEST standard of roleplay and any rule breaks will result in official group strikes.
We do not allow any chapters or branches from another group. Each group must be its own entity.
Group RP is not for everyone. If your interests align more with specialized or casual activities — such as a racing crew, heist crew, or book club. please Do Not Apply for group status. Instead, speak with staff to discuss what opportunities or alternatives best fit the style of RP you’re looking for.
Business Ownership & Characters
Groups are limited to owning or managing one business per category (e.g., one mechanic shop, one nightclub/bar, one restaurant, one retail store, etc.). This ensures a wide range of roleplay opportunities for all players and prevents monopolization of key industries.
You may only have ONE character in a group at any given time.
Group Colors, Blocks & Claims
Group colors and blocks can only be claimed and held by registered groups. If you are not a registered group, you are not able to claim or defend a color/area.
The following areas cannot be claimed:
Public Garages
Hospitals and Police Stations
Courthouse and other Government properties
Player-owned Businesses
Colors/identifiers can be in city clothing or custom clothing. Group colors/identifiers are first come first serve. Group status and/or colors/identifiers can be revoked from a group for inactivity.
Group custom clothing/MLOS must be approved by the dev team before being added to the server for use. (Custom clothing/MLOS are not a requirement to roleplay but rather a privilege. Tebex purchases will not exclude you from other rules or roleplay.)
Civilians & Robbery Rules
Civilians should not be robbed by group members without an RP story.
Examples below:
They are in a hot spot location (Drug or Territory locations)
They deliberately provoke a group
They kidnap/injure a group member
Group Rosters & Discord
Group rosters are created once the group has been approved as a registered group.
Each group will have its own section in the Discord along with the respective group role.
The group leader will also have a “Group Leader” role within the Discord.
All group members and hang-arounds must be on the roster.
You are responsible for updating your roster as soon as a member joins or leaves your group.
To add or to update your roster, provide the person's in-city name as well as their Discord handle.
Alliances, Cooperation & Betrayal
Groups may form alliances with other groups for jobs, business deals, and general cooperation.
However, alliances are not allowed in cases of active conflicts or wars between groups.
Groups are strictly prohibited from merging or forming "super groups" to influence or participate in conflicts involving other groups or law enforcement (PD).
Betrayals, setups, or manipulation between groups — even through alliances — are allowed and considered part of the RP. Trust at your own risk.
High-Value Resources
Under no circumstances may two or more groups work together to control, defend, or monopolize high-value resources such as drug labs (e.g., coke cook) or weapon benches.
These areas must be contested and held individually by a single group at a time.
Wars & Conflict Rules
Wars must be approved by a group manager before they begin, and once declared, they cannot be refused.
Group leaders are responsible for setting the terms of the war through RP and must submit those terms to group managers for approval prior to any war gunplay.
Staff will go over with both parties the rules, expectations, and guidelines before it starts.
It is up to the staff's discretion to agree if the conflict is worth having a war over it.
Group wars should be for good cause. Going to war because you got in your feelings about being called a bitch is not a good cause.
Examples of acceptable war reasons:
Drug Control
Colors
Block Control
Stolen Property
All group wars will consist of 1 group v 1 group. (Any groups that are not in the current war, scouting out areas or finding out information for the groups involved within the wars will be given an immediate strike.)
If ANY member from either of the participating group is downed and gets picked up and taken to the hospital or airlifts they cannot return to the active situation.
Group wars last anywhere from 1 day to 1 week at max.
After the war has ended, it will require a 5 day cooldown before starting a new group war or before any other group can also declare war.
If you need to report a rule break during a group war you MUST provide a 3 minute clip of the situation along with utilizing the Discord ticket system.
War Conduct & Participation
If your group chooses to recruit a new member while your group is already in an active war, your new recruit(s) will NOT be permitted to participate in any war-related activities.
Group blocks can NOT be camped. (ex. Groups may scout rival blocks but may not remain inside another group’s territory/gates for extended periods to ambush members.)
All members must wear their colors/cuts for group on group crime. There is no such thing as going blackout. Rep your shit!
Group impersonation (wearing another group’s colors or vests) is allowed only if it serves a legitimate RP purpose. Doing so merely to troll or provoke will result in a strike.
Intentionally provoking or "baiting" conflicts strictly for the purpose of gunplay or wars can be considered low-quality roleplay.
Cooldowns After Shootings
After any group-related shooting — whether it's tied to a war, ongoing beef, or a one-off conflict — the following cooldown applies:
If any members of your group are downed or involved in gunplay during a scene against another group, your entire group is placed on a 60-minute cooldown from participating in any additional group-related shootings.
This applies to conflicts involving both official and unofficial groups.
If your block or group is pushed during your cooldown, and you engage in defense, the 60-minute cooldown resets from the time of that encounter.
This rule is designed to prevent constant back-to-back shootouts and promote better RP pacing and conflict resolution.
Bleed Outs, Inactivity & Disbanding
Bleeding a player from your group does not erase their memory of the group or its activities.
Group leaders are the main decision-makers for inviting and removing members, so choose carefully.
Bleeding someone out is a removal, not a reset, and does not force them to “forget” what they learned or experienced while in the group.
Group members who remain inactive for more than 14 days will be automatically removed from the roster to prevent inactive or “deadweight” spot holders.
It is each leader’s responsibility to maintain activity; group management is not required to check in or issue reminders about inactivity.
If you disband a group, you are not allowed to create or lead another group for 14 days.
Gang Strikes System
We enforce a three-strike system to uphold the integrity and quality of roleplay within our community. This system holds all groups accountable for their collective behavior and ensures a fair, immersive experience for everyone.
Three active strikes will result in the disbandment of the group.
Strikes may be issued for, but are not limited to:
Repeated individual or group rule violations
Consistently prioritizing gunplay over roleplay
Low-effort or poor-quality roleplay
Toxic behavior from group members
Failure to adapt after warnings or prior strikes
A strike will expire after 30 consecutive days without any new infractions from the group or its members.
